Delivery mode

Distance learning is any formal learning in which the learners and the instructor are not confined to the same geographical space, e.g. a classroom. Some delivery systems in this category include teleconferencing, Internet (web) training, intranet training, or a combination of media. Some advantages are: savings in travel costs, more structured learning designs, more flexible scheduling of training for learners (less time away from work), incremental learning. Class Act Inc. is currently working with clients to convert classroom training to web-based training formats.
